Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping attended a match of Russian and Chinese youth ice hockey teams in Beijing on Friday.

The two leaders opened the game by welcoming the teams. At the end of the game, they took part in a group photo with the two sides.

Earlier in the day, Putin and Xi Jinping held a press conference about the two countries’ bilateral relations and the situation on the Korean Peninsula.

Putin arrived on an official visit to China on Friday.
