My friend Kaelin was visiting from New York last week, so I gave her a bedtime massage to reduce anxiety and induce peaceful and deep sleep. I use natural oils and essential oils as well as selenite and sage. This video is soft spoken but I will also be posting a version without speaking in the next couple of days. I hope you enjoy!
