Timmy meets his favorite superhero, the Crimson Chin, but after the Chin discovers that he is really just a fictional hero, it sends the him into a deep depression, allowing his enemies to run amok. To restore the Chin's confidence, Timmy wishes himself into the Chin comic book city of Chincinnati under his own superhero persona, Cleft the Boy Chin Wonder.
